The Racor S3227 is a genuine 10 micron spin-on fuel filter/water separator (60 GPH) for the 320R-RAC-01 assembly and compatible heads.
Why it matters
Diesel injection equipment is lubricated by the fuel that passes through it, so water and fine grit are what wear out injection pumps and injectors. The fuel filter is the cheapest insurance the fuel system has.
